Partnering with Kim Wolfe to Capture a Custom Office Design

At Blue Smoke Creative, we’re always energized when we have the opportunity to collaborate with top-tier creators who are reshaping the way people experience spaces. Recently, we partnered with Kim Wolfe—the award-winning designer behind Wolfe Home—to photograph and film a custom office design in San Antonio.

About Kim Wolfe

Kim is widely recognized not only for her approachable yet refined design philosophy, but also for her national spotlight as a winner on Survivor. Her work with Wolfe Home is grounded in creating spaces that balance beauty with functionality, and her portfolio includes some of the most thoughtful residential and commercial projects across Texas. When you step into a Wolfe Home design, you’re walking into a space that tells a story—layered, curated, and full of purpose.

Capturing the Details

This San Antonio office project was a perfect example of Kim’s gift for blending warmth, sophistication, and usability. From the muted terracotta cabinetry accented with brass hardware, to the custom shelving lined with vintage books, every element was intentional.

Our role at BSC was to bring those details to life through both photography and video. By focusing on textures, compositions, and the way light moved across the space, we were able to highlight the elements that made this office unique. Close-up shots drew attention to handcrafted design features like the ceramic vase and golden tray, while wide compositions emphasized balance, symmetry, and flow.

A 360° Perspective

In addition to traditional still photography, we also produced a 360-degree image of the office. This immersive format allows viewers to step directly into the design, experiencing the room not just as a photo, but as if they’re standing in it. It’s an invaluable tool for designers like Kim, whose work deserves to be showcased from every angle.
